Step 1. On a flat surface, fold the wrap in half into the shape of a diamond. Lay bubs head on the straight edge, ensuring their shoulders are covered and their head sits above the folded edge.

Step 2. Fold the left side of the wrap over their chest firmly and tuck under their side, ensuring arms are down beside their body or across their chest.

Step 3. Fold the bottom point of the wrap up and over bub’s feet, drawing towards the baby’s chin. Smooth it all out and wrap under bub’s back.

Step 4. Finally, fold the right side over your baby’s chest and tuck snuggly under their side. Secure at the back, creating a snuggly cocoon.

Step 5. It’s a wrap! Nigh nigh baby xx

A few things to note:

- When you swaddle your baby, they should be snug, but not too tight. If you can place two fingers between bub and the blanket and they can move their legs freely, you’ve wrapped them right!

- If you are struggling to get bub snug, it’s a good idea to give them a break and come back to it in 2-3 minutes. Let your baby get their wriggly’s out before trying again.
