Yes, if you join, any shopping you've done in the past month can be claimed as points.
Points to earn & spend
You can earn points in six ways:
1. Joining The Dream Team
2. Shopping with us
3. By sharing your birthday with us (so that we can gift you points on your special day).
4. For referring a friend. When they join (after using your referal link) and shop, they'll get $15 in points and you will too.
5. For leaving a review after shopping online with us. You get 150 points per review (if you'd=ve bought the item from us and are a verified purchaser).
6. For following us on Instagram.
That's really up to you. If you shop with us a couple of times a year (1-6 months apart) your points will stay current. If you don't shop, or spend your points, then unused pints expire after six months.
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. When it comes to spending the points, 30 points equals $1. So if you spend $300, you've earned 300 points, and will then get $10 off when you shop again.
Just log in to your account and click on The Dream Team button and you'll see your available points to spend.
150 points, or $5, is the minimum number of points you can redeem. You do this as you're checking out.
No, you can only use your points OR a coupon code or a gift card.
You must first be logged into your account when you're checking out and using the same email address you joined the Dream Team with.
It will then vary a little based on whether you're on Mobile or Desktop.
If you're on a mobile phone, it's on the very last page of checkout and sometimes gets nested into the Order Summary, so ensure you click "Show Order Summary" and you'll see the field for points. (Unfortunately, if you use Apple Pay or Google Play, it will skip this screen and so you wont be able to apply points. It's fine with PayPal or Shop Pay.)
On desktop, you'll see the Points Slider just above where the coupon code field is.
Dream Team Tiers & Perks
We'll let you know when perks like the free shipping and double points days are available.
Your tier graduation gift will be in the month after you graduate to the next tier.
And your birthday gift, of points to spend, will be sent on the evening of your birthday.
We'll let you know when you join and when you change membership tiers.
Most members will start at Crush and work their way up.
Your loyalty tier is based on your spend over the past 12 months.
When you hit a spend threshold you'll be automatically moved up a tier.
You'll then be moved up or down 12 months after that based on your spend over the time.
You can spend your joining and birthday points immediately.
However, you need to wait 14 days to spend any points earned from shopping.
