Photography and Content Coordinator
Kip&Co is currently seeking a dynamic individual passionate about content creation and photography to join our team as an in-house Photographer and Content Coordinator. Working closely within our small yet growing marketing team, you will collaborate directly with our Marketing Manager and Founders to produce beautiful and engaging content for our website, blog, and social channels.
This role is ideal for a photographer eager to integrate into a broader marketing team. As our specialist, you'll have your own in-house studio and the chance to influence the direction of content strategy for a leading Australian lifestyle brand.
Your responsibilities will focus on content creation, ensuring we continually push creative boundaries that resonate with Kip&Co's unique brand identity. You'll take the lead in content planning and execution, managing both imagery and video production, and overseeing content file management with precision.

Key responsibilities:
Photography
- Capturing creative content in our in-house shooting studio including deep etch, flat lay, lifestyle and stop motion, in line with brand guidelines
- Shooting weekly content for the Kip&Co blog, eDMS and social channels across all categories (homewares, bedding and apparel)
- Editing all forms of content (video and stills) using the Adobe Creative suite and/or similar professional-grade software
- Highly organised and diligent file management of the Kip&Co image library
- Working with our creative marketing team to fine tune campaigns and content ideas
- Assisting the Founders in the planning and preparation for all campaign photo shoots including sample lists, packing, transportation, editing timelines
- Assisting or leading in lifestyle and campaign photoshoots
- Using your own photography equipment to shoot and edit video-based content for socials, ads and campaigns
Videography
- Planning and executing engaging, on-brand campaign videos with creative direction from Marketing Manager and Founders
- Planning and executing additional videography for Kip&Co’s digital channels to complement key campaign launches eg. Phone videos on location and in studio
- Confident in post-production and editing of phone or video content in line with brand guidelines
Content coordination, strategy and management
- Helping develop seasonal / weekly content strategy together with Marketing Manager for all digital platforms; Email, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.
- Experience with creating and executing video and stills based on what’s trending in the interior and lifestyle industry
- Identifying and liaising with appropriate ‘experts’ for blog and eDM content to align with broader marketing calendar
- Where required, copy writing to accompany some of the content produced
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Have professional and technical expertise in interiors photography and videography
- Highly experienced in planning, production and post-production
- Proficient in photography and videography editing suites eg. Capture One, Adobe Creative suite
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with people and create a safe, relaxed and inclusive environment for capturing content
- Ability to supply own photography equipment including cameras, lighting etc
- Highly organised and excellent time management to deliver on complicate projects and tight deadlines
- Can manage and thrive in fast-changing environment
- Have an exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working in interior and lifestyle industries
- Creative thinking and eye for interiors
- Copy writing (preferred but not essential)
