Kip&Co is seeking a passionate and highly organised Photographer and Content Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a part-time role based in our Melbourne office, with two days per week working alongside our creative and marketing team.

This is a pivotal role in the evolution of Kip&Co as we open our first physical retail store. The Store Manager will lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of the store, delivering a best-in-class customer experience while driving strong commercial outcomes.

As our first Store Manager, you will not only run the store - you will help define what great looks like for Kip retail. This includes building team culture, refining store operations, and creating a retail experience that brings our brand to life in a meaningful and memorable way.
