SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
No items purchased under promotion, from the sale or clearance collections are eligible for return or exchange at any time. No backdating of sale pricing. And no returns based of change of mind. Only items eligible are ones deemed faulty upon further inspection. 

NEW SUBSCRIBER SIGN-UP DISCOUNT
From time to time, Kip&Co may offer a discount to new subscribers, or a chance to win a discount. The discount may take the form of a monetary amount (e.g. 10% off that may be provided by way of a voucher or as points that require you to set up a Dream Team account) or a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) or any other such offer as Kip&Co deems appropriate. If a discount is available, it may be advertised in the website subscriber pop-up and / or in the new subscriber welcome email, where you will be provided with instructions on how to access the discount (hereafter referred to as “Subscriber Discount”). Where a chance to win a discount is offered, that prize will be drawn monthly by Kip&Co, and the winning subscriber will be contacted directly by email before the 7th of each calendar month (hereafter referred to as “Subscriber Prize). If you have registered your email to receive a welcome discount, please note that it can take a little while for the email to appear in your inbox. We ask that you allow at least an hour and also check your junk/spam folders as we are unable to apply the discount to your order retrospectively. Subscriber Discount or Subscriber Prize terms: any discount and conditions in addition to the above will be provided via email. can only be used once and is non-transferable 10% off current subscriber promo is valid for one week from date of issue. Minimum spend is $100 AUD, apply the discount code at checkout. Current subscribers will be emailed the code, new subscribers will receive the code immediately on the pop up after submitting their email address when signing up via the website. DREAM TEAM SIGN UP DISCOUNT
The Dream Team is a loyalty program where the customer is given points in exchange for specified actions. Each action has a points value attributable to it. Once those actions are completed, points can then be redeemed as a discount on a future order. Kip&Co encourages customers to join the Dream Team to get an initial amount of up to $10 off. DREAM TEAM
All customers shopping on kipandco.com.au are eligible to join the Dream Team. If you already had an account with Kip&Co as at July 2020, you’ll automatically be on the squad. Customers are given points in exchange for specified actions. Each action has a dollar value attributable to it. Please note, you will be automatically signed up to the mailing list when you sign up to the Dream Team unless you uncheck the opt in checkbox when creating an account. When points have been accrued, they can be redeemed as a discount on a future order by using the Dream Team ‘slider’ (desktop/laptop) or 'dropdown' (mobile) at checkout. Accrued points in your account will expire after 6 months. If you make a purchase within 6 months, your points expiry extends another 6 months. Any points earned on purchases are subject to a 14-day automated approval period to cover our delivery and returns timeframe and will appear as 'pending' on your account. After this time has passed your points will be available to use. Points can only be used by the Dream Team member who accrued them, they are non-transferrable. Points can be used on sale items. However, points cannot be used on an item where a promocode has been applied. To the extent an order has been paid for using points, that component of the order cannot be refunded with cash, nor replacement points. Those points will be considered used, regardless of the reason for the return. The remainder of that order will be subject to our standard T&Cs. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or edits to the order, or combine it with other orders. Kip&Co may exercise its discretion to cancel an order, or refuse to process an order for any reason including: unavailability of product inability to deliver to nominated delivery address suspicion that the order is not genuine

Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you. By creating an account (Dream Team) with Kip&Co, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. PAYMENT
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay (in Australia) or PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Kip&Co product. For Afterpay terms and conditions please head to https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud or unauthorised access to an Afterpay or Paypal account. We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank, especially in the case where your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions.

GIFT VOUCHER Printed Gift Cards and E-Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are not able to be used in conjunction with Afterpay. Sale and promotional pricing does not apply to purchase of gift vouchers. Gift vouchers may be redeemed during sale and promotional periods.

YOUR COMMITMENTS
You warrant that all information provided by you is correct and accurate, and you are properly authorised to enter into an agreement with Kip&Co for the purchase of goods. You will not share your Kip&Co account details, nor use the Kip&Co account of another individual. 

SHOPPING CART AND WISH LIST
Items in a shopping cart or wish list do not represent a completed order. Items are not reserved in the cart or wish list, so don’t dawdle! An order must be placed, and payment accepted by Kip&Co to constitute a completed order and all orders are subject to availability.

All transactions on Kip&Co websites are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All terms and conditions are subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted under law, we disclaim any liability under relevant consumer or other legislation and regulation. Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.

We currently operate and manage social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest and we may use other social media channels in future – we are still holding out hope that we will understand Snapchat in the future. We do not endorse the opinions expressed by the users on our social media pages. By submitting content, you agree that we may use and reproduce this content including your name, for testimonial, or other purposes in any media and without any compensation to you. You must not post any material that is defamatory, derogatory, racist, sexist, unlawful, obscene, infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights, breaching someone else’s confidentiality or privacy, misrepresenting your relationship with us or this website, misleading, false or deceptive on our social media pages. We reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates these terms and to block your access to our page. If you upload any material or content on our website or social media accounts, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and reproduce that material or content. Having said that, we do not claim ownership of intellectual property rights in respect to user content.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Kip&Co goodies! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with eligible returns and exchanges.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Change of mind returns and exchanges are available on eligible full-price items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging where applicable
• With all original tags attached

Where suitable, Kip&Co may offer a refund, store credit or exchange. For change of mind returns and exchanges, return postage is at the customer's expense. For online exchanges, you will also need to cover the postage to send the replacement item.

EXCLUSIONS
We cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:

• Items that are marked down or purchased during a sale or offer event, unless deemed faulty
• Gift vouchers
• Personalised products
• Perfume
• Items purchased from a Kip&Co stockist. Please contact the stockist directly regarding their returns policy
• Underwear or swimwear, due to hygiene standards, unless deemed faulty
• Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear, misuse or incorrect care
• Orders where our courier service can provide evidence that the order was successfully delivered to the nominated delivery address

Purchases made from a Kip&Co stockist must be returned directly to the stockist and are subject to their returns policy.

ONLINE RETURNS
If your online purchase qualifies for a return, please lodge it through our dedicated Kip&Co Australia Post Returns Portal. Please do not send your return without first lodging it through the returns process. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and may be returned to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once it arrives with us. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution. If you are outside Australia, please contact hello@kipandco.com.au for return instructions. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible full-price purchases made in a Kip&Co store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our change of mind return conditions and you have proof of purchase. Where suitable, Kip&Co may offer a refund, store credit or exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we're sorry! Please take a photo of the issue and email hello@kipandco.com.au so our Customer Care team can assist. If an item is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a refund, store credit, replacement or exchange, depending on the circumstances. Please note that damage caused by incorrect care, washing, misuse, unreasonable wear and tear or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

COLOUR VARIATIONS
We do our best to accurately represent the colours of our products online. However, colours can vary between individual screens and devices. Exchanges or returns due to a perceived colour discrepancy will be treated as a change of mind and our standard return and exchange terms apply.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES
