Cherry Pisco Sour, by The Cocktail Garden
‘Tis the season for festive cheer, and our co-founder Hayley has got the perfect cocktail to add a little sparkle to your celebrations! Whether you're sipping by the pool or toasting under the mistletoe, this cocktail is sure to bring a little holiday magic to your glass.
Ingredients
5 x Cherries halved and pitted. Plus, an extra cherry to garnish
60ml Pisco
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
1-2 Teaspoons of egg white
2 Dashes of Bitters
Method
1. Muddle the cherries in the bottom of the shaker
2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake without ice to create a foam
3. Shake again with ice
4. Pass through a fine-meshed strainer into a glass
5. Garnish with a whole cherry
