Our glassware shouldn't be filled with boiling water. Sudden heat can cause cracking, so please warm gently.We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. Very cute! Love them! Butttt I ordered online and one arrived broken. Kip and Co were great replaced no worries and were amazing to deal with but when the second set arrived one of the glasses was broken again. They are gorgeous but obviously very fragile and need to be packed with more padding. In the end I did end up with two glasses as only one broke each time they were sent so it all worked out. x

I have shopping with Kip & Co for 4 years. Love their elegant and vibrant designs. After I had my first experience with some faulty glassware (the green/purple wine glasses) I registered the problem of peeling colour and they responded immediately, and sent full brand new replacements promptly and graciously. My other coloured glassware (saphire blue/red cocktail glasses have never had the same issue, so it just must have been a bad batch. Terrific customer service.

The glass is not coloured, it’s coated clear glass. The coating peels off with normal use. Peels off when hand washing too.

It’s actually not coloured glass, there’s just a film on it that comes off so easily! Not practical.

I’m happy with my glasses and even purchased two sets. However, one glass arrived completely shattered despite the packaging. I emailed to report this in early January but haven’t received a response. I would love to buy another pair to complete a set of four, but I’m concerned a replacement might also arrive damaged.

I had been pining after these glasses 2 years in a row and purchased them recently for myself. Upon arrival the glass felt so cheap and flimsy I was worried they’d break in my hands. The candy canes don’t look as nice as the picture on the website either. Annoyed I paid over $50 for these and disappointed they didn’t live up to expectations as I was really looking forward to them.
