Our rugs are hand made and felted using natural fibres. Shedding is normal and is to be expected, so more vacuuming may be needed. Shedding will reduce over time.

Dyes used in all products are Oeko-Tex certified so they are free of harmful substances. Even our packaging has been considered, and is either reusable organic cotton, biodegradable cornstarch bags or recycled cardboard boxes. We’re proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door.
