Our glassware shouldn't be filled with boiling water. Sudden heat can cause cracking, so please warm gently.We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. We're proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door. If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
We accept returns 30 days from when your order was placed.
