Our glassware shouldn't be filled with boiling water. Sudden heat can cause cracking, so please warm gently.We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
