If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
We accept returns 30 days from when your order was placed.

Terrible quality, arrived with one eye bead missing and the other was cracked, so fell off immediately. Some sequins also missing and gold string was frayed and hanging on by a thread - looked like it could have been gnawed at. Absolutely not worth the money. Deeply disappointed.

I bought this as a decoration to give my daughter when she’s older as a momento of that Christmas. Really lovely quality, beautiful beading. Would absolutely purchase more decorations from Kip&Co in future
