Bath mat and towels

hi, your designs are really lovely. The bath mat is a lovely colour, its thick but is pilling really badly and leaving fluffy bits everywhere.
The towels i ordered with bathmat are beautiful to look at but i cant actually use them. The face cloth and hand towel are great, the two bath towels are problematic. After two washes they do not actually dry my body and they are really thin. After the first wash they left residue all over me (tiny little balls). I was so excited to purchase your products and although they look lovely I'm afraid i wont be recommending them to my network. I'm quiet disappointed actually.
