As our rugs are made from a cut-pile wool, they are a higher maintenance product than regular looped wool rugs and do require some extra love and attention. While they can shed a lot of fibres to begin with, this should ease over time.

Our rugs are hand made and felted using natural fibres. Shedding is normal and is to be expected, so more vacuuming may be needed. Shedding will reduce over time.
We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. We act with kindness and respect for our environment, our team, and our partners. We're proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door. Even our packaging has been considered, and is either reusable organic cotton, biodegradable cornstarch bags, recycled plastic or cardboard boxes.

Easy Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
We accept returns 30 days from when your order was placed.
