Our glassware shouldn't be filled with boiling water. Sudden heat can cause cracking, so please warm gently.We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. We're proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door. Even our packaging has been considered, and is either reusable organic cotton, biodegradable cornstarch bags, recycled plastic or cardboard boxes.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
We accept returns 30 days from when your order was placed.

The glass is a beautiful blue colour but one of the two glasses arrived broken. The glasses were not well packed… just tissue paper in a box within a box with no fragile marking on the outside. I have emailed Kip twice about the issue but to date there has been no reply from Kip. It’s super disappointing packaging and customer service.
