Our glassware shouldn't be filled with boiling water. Sudden heat can cause cracking, so please warm gently.We really give a damn about what happens to our beautiful planet. We act with kindness and respect for our environment, our team, and our partners. We're proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door. Even our packaging has been considered, and is either reusable organic cotton, biodegradable cornstarch bags, recycled plastic or cardboard boxes.

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and your purchase wasn't made during a sale period, you are eligible for either a refund or credit.
We accept returns 30 days from when your order was placed.
