As our rugs are made from a cut-pile wool, they are a higher maintenance product than regular looped wool rugs and do require some extra love and attention. While they can shed a lot of fibres to begin with, this should ease over time.

Our rugs are hand made and felted using natural fibres. Shedding is normal and is to be expected, so more vacuuming may be needed. Shedding may reduce over time.

Dyes used in all products are Oeko-Tex certified so they are free of harmful substances. Even our packaging has been considered, and is either reusable organic cotton, biodegradable cornstarch bags or recycled cardboard boxes. We’re proudly carbon neutral, off-setting the carbon footprint from our suppliers right through to the freight that delivers this product to your door.
