Ever wondered what an all-in family holiday looks like in the Greek Islands? This time it was Kip&Co co-founders Hayley and Kate travelling together with both brothers and their full families. Eight adults, twelve kids, big energy, big logistics, and even bigger memories. They tackled Corfu and Paxos, with a dreamy day trip to Antipaxos along the way. Here’s how it all unfolded.

Which islands did you choose, and how long did you spend in each?
We split the trip as five nights in Corfu and three nights in Paxos, and honestly, it felt perfect. Enough time to properly land, settle the kids, and experience each island without rushing, which is essential when you’re travelling with a group this big.

There are so many Greek islands. Would you recommend Corfu?
Corfu absolutely has the stunning Greek beach fantasy covered: turquoise water, dramatic coastline, that sun-drenched shimmer.
But if I’m being totally honest, it wouldn’t be my first choice of island. It’s bigggg and touristy. That said, if you seek, you will find. And when you do, Corfu really delivers. Unforgettable food, excellent cocktails, and those long, golden beach days that stay with you for years. There are hidden gems here. You just have to go looking.

Corfu’s beaches are raved about worldwide. Did you have a favourite?
Hands down, Agni Beach. We had one of those all-time life-memory days. Sit on the beach, rent boats and water gear for the kids, watch the super yachts, and enjoy a Hugo spritz in the shade. Simple, perfect, delicious, every bit of it.
We are a food-obsessed family, and Agni Beach has two of the best restaurants you’ll find in Greece. Huge claim, I know! We did an early lunch at Nikolas Taverna, which was classic Greek food done beautifully with that coastal flair we love. Then, after a solid beach day, we rolled into dinner at Toula’s Seaside Restaurant. The cocktails there will have you dreaming of that day for years, genuinely, and the food was completely off the charts.
If you’re in Corfu, go to Agni Beach. It might be one of the best days of your life. I am not joking. The company helped, but still. A very close second was Palaiokastritsa, dramatic, beautiful, and ticking every single box.

Where did you stay in Corfu with such a big group?
Accommodation for twenty people is tricky anywhere, and we’re generally less about big hotels as a family, but Grecotel Eva Palace worked really well. Comfortable, beautiful outlooks, and easy, which matters more than you think when you’re wrangling this many humans.

What was Paxos like, and would you recommend it?
Paxos completely stole our hearts. Quiet, picturesque, tranquil, with mouth-watering, world-class food and exactly the kind of boat-life-loving, slow island energy I crave. It’s polished and fancy without feeling showy, special without trying too hard. I honestly couldn’t fault it.

Where did you stay in Paxos, and how did you get around?
We stayed in Gaios, the main port village, and it was such a great base. Stunning outlooks, fabulous shops and restaurants, and super easy for exploring. From Gaios you can rent boats and skipper yourself over to Antipaxos, highly recommend, or jump on a larger boat with other day trippers and let someone else do the navigating.

Any favourite beaches in Paxos?
For a heavenly, quiet day, Orkos Beach was magic. It’s a rock beach, but our kids loved the cliff jumping. Turn up with food and snacks for the arvo, a couple of bottles of cold wine, and just settle in, watching the super yachts drift past while soaking up the vitamin D. And then there’s Monodendri Beach. Absolute heaven.

Three (okay, ten) words to describe Paxos?
Crystal-clear turquoise waters. Olive groves. Tranquil. Hidden. Delicious. Unforgettable.
