Introducing the 2019 May Gibbs X Kip&Co collection
G’day Possums! In celebration of May Gibbs' 142nd Birthday today, we’re excited to launch our 2019 May Gibbs X Kip&Co collection! Available in kids bedding and adult, kid and baby apparel.
Naturally, we were brought up on a healthy dose of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie adventures, and May Gibbswhimsical magical illustrations still inspire us today so we could not pass up the opportunity to collaborate again.
The creator of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie, May Gibbs, is one seriously inspiring and impressive lady boss. Against all the odds, May found a way to tell a story of conservation and environmentalism, defied expectations and became an unconventional, savvy business woman, and created our first local non-indigenous fairy tales.
This collection revisits a couple of our favourite original collaboration prints plus a few new ones filled with May Gibbs' magical little creatures and beautiful Australian flora, fauna and wonders from under the sea! This collection also includes the irresistible addition of little leggings for kids, and a PJ onesie. As always, a collection to hand down to the next generation.
