What We Cover:
If something’s not quite right and you make a valid claim within the warranty period, we’ll:
Patch things up: Repair the product.
Swap it out: Replace the product with one of equal value.
Make it right: Offer a refund or store credit.

What’s Not Covered:
While we’d love to be fairy godmothers for your bedding, this warranty doesn’t cover:
Rough and tumble treatment: Damage from misuse or improper care that falls outside our provided care instructions.
DIY disasters: Products that have been altered or modified.
Acts of the universe: Damage caused by accidents, pets, wild weather, sun exposure or spontaneous pillow fights.
