Offer cannot be transferred to another location, applied to previously purchased items prior to the promotion or combined with any other offer.
Kip&Co reserves the right to withhold or withdraw items from the Warehouse Sale at any time. There are no returns on items purchased as part of the Kip&Co Warehouse Sale promotion. Items cannot be returned for refund, credit note or exchange. All purchases are final sale.
Kip&Co gift cards, credit notes and loyalty points cannot be used to purchase products at the Warehouse Sale. Faulty stock will be clearly marked as faulty and discounted to reflect the condition of the garment at the discretion of Kip&Co. Any products marked as faulty and sold with a fault disclosed prior to purchase cannot be returned or exchanged by reason of that fault.
As a condition of entry, Kip&Co reserves the right to inspect bags on the premises upon request.
