Kip&Co reserves the right to withhold or withdraw items from the Warehouse Sale at any time. There are no returns on items purchased as part of the Kip&Co Warehouse Sale promotion. Items cannot be returned for refund, credit note or exchange. All purchases are final sale.

Kip&Co gift cards, credit notes and loyalty points cannot be used to purchase products at the Warehouse Sale. Faulty stock will be clearly marked as faulty and discounted to reflect the condition of the garment at the discretion of Kip&Co. Any products marked as faulty and sold with a fault disclosed prior to purchase cannot be returned or exchanged by reason of that fault.

The Kip&Co Warehouse Sale is located at 118 Greeves Street, Fitzroy (Melbourne).

The location is easily accessible by public transport via nearby tram stops on Smith or Brunswick Street. There is limited 1 or 2 hour parking available on Greeves Street and surrounding streets.


There are no individual change rooms but there will be mirrors.
