Frequently Asked Questions
If your bedding does not meet our standards of high quality, and they have been purchased from September 2023 onwards, we will offer you a credit at the value of your items, on the basis they meet the criteria for a credit.
The Kip&Co bedding guarantee applies to all sheeting (that is: quilt covers, pillow cases, euros and flat
sheets) launched after September 2023 and purchased on kipandco.com.au. Fitted sheets are not covered.
Any products prior to September 2023 are excluded from this guarantee. (Not because they're not excellent quality, simply because this is when our guarantee has been introduced.) Additionally, fitted sheets are excluded as these are the most heavily used of all sheeting and the way people use them varies hugely. We still back the quality of our amazing fitted sheets, and they're likely to last a very long time for most sleepers.
In order to be eligible for a credit on our 2 Year Sheet Guarantee you must have the original order confirmation, showing payment, via www.kipandco.com.au. Thus, if your item was gifted, the original purchaser will need to get in touch directly via hello@kipandco.com.au.
The Guarantee does not cover:
- Improper use of the bedding (e.g. pet damage).
- Damage caused by incorrect care and cleaning.
- Does not cover stains,
tears, burns and discolouration caused by sun light exposure. - Minor imperfections such as a button becoming unstitched over time or a speck of un-dyed fabric on an all over print.
The guarantee is only available to the original purchaser.
