5 star service - The jug was flawed, but customer service perfect
The jug I received had a manufacturing defect, but the Kip&Co team responded incredibly quickly and offered a replacement, refund, or store credit. I asked if I could exchange it for a different jug instead, and they agreed without hesitation. The replacement arrived very quickly, and they didn't even require me to return the original jug, which will now make a lovely vase. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Love this sheet! It's really smooth to sleep on. Some flannelette sheets are a bit grainy. This one is very smooth and a delight to sleep on. The pattern is very pleasing and I love the big square pattern. It's less busy. Definitely a favourite!
