Our 20-Year Warranty extends to all mattresses manufactured by us and sold by Kip&Co.

Our 20-Year Warranty covers any physical damage, flaws, major blemishes or manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship when your mattress is used in the usual course and for its intended purpose. Your warranty commences for 20-Years from the date of delivery of the mattress.

The Warranty extends to the original purchaser only where the purchaser is the end user of the product and expires once the original purchaser ceases to own the product. Warranty repair or replacement can only be provided by us directly to you and is only applicable while you are a resident in Australia.

Our mattress is designed to be used on a firm flat surface with grounded support. Ensure your mattress is protected with a well fitted mattress protector at all times and remember there is no need to rotate your mattress. Ensure every care is taken when moving or relocating your mattress to your new bed or home.

Warranty Exclusions:

(i) Loss of mattress height less than 5% of the original height

(ii) Improper use of the mattress (such as pet damage)

(iii) General wear and tear (stains, tears, burns and discolouration cause by light exposure)

(iv) Damage caused by incorrect care and cleaning

(v) Allergies or sensitivities to the mattress, including natural aromas from foam or other materials

(vi) Damage caused by insertion of materials inside the mattress not provided by us

(vii) Excessive use of the Comfort Exchange Zipper

(viii) Damage to product labelling

Our warranty is in addition to the consumer guarantees provided under Australian law and does not exclude consumer guarantees that are provided under Australian Consumer Law.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
