CURRENT DELAYS: As a results of ongoing Covid-19 related delays, our delivery partners Australia Post and Startrack are also still experiencing delys across their network. We kind ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery after you receive your dispatch notification. We hope it will be there sooner, but we are unable to lodge any cases with these companies until after this time period has passed.
 

TYPICAL POSTAGE & DISPATCH TIMES

Australia: After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping within Australia generally takes between 2-8 business days. For Express Post orders, shipping will typically take 2-3 days after dispatch (please note; we are unable to offer same-day dispatch). During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.  

NZ: After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

USA & Canada: After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping generally takes between 5-15 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

DELIVERY COSTS

Australia: Standard delivery is free on orders over $200 AUD, or $10 AUD per order using Australia Post Standard Delivery or $18 AUD for Australia Post Express Delivery

NZ: DHL delivery is free on orders over $200 AUD, or delivery is $25 AUD per order less than $200 AUD using DHL. You will be liable for all import duties, customs on orders where applicable at the point of, or after delivery. Kip&Co prices and shipping rates DO NOT include these duties, customs which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kip&Co will not accept returns or provide any refunds for duties or customs. Kip&Co will not accept 'return to sender' where duties, customs have not been paid. Please contact your local customs office to find out the charges that will apply to your purchase.

MISSING OR LATE ORDERS

If your order has gone missing, please email us at hello@kipandco.com.au so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit, we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Kip&Co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

RETURNS

Kip&Co want you to be happy with your purchase and shop with confidence. We have outlined our returns policy in detail below, so you know how it works before you shop with us.

Change of mind

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kip&Co goodies, and you did not purchase during a sale, you can choose a refund, exchange or store credit if it meets the return conditions.

Conditions of 'Change of Mind' returns

  • You must lodge your return request online within 10 days of receipt of goods.
  • You need to subsequently lodge your parcel at the Post Office within 15 business days.
  • Your goods must be unwashed, unused and in original product packaging with tags intact.
  • You cover the cost of return postage. Note, if you want a refund or store credit, the cost of the initial postage will be deducted. If you want an exchange, you'll need to pay postage again.

Return Exclusions

We cannot offer returns, exchange or refunds on:

  • items that are marked down or are purchased during a sale or offer event.
  • gift vouchers
  • items purchased from a Kip&Co stockist. You'll need to contact the store directly
  • briefs in our underwear collection
  • products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear
  • Kip&Co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

How to return

If your return meets the conditions outlined above, then please lodge your return via our dedicated Kip&Co Australia Post Returns Portal.

If your return does not meet the conditions, and you send your item anyway, you will not receive a refund or store credit.

Orders subject to availability

Sometimes our customers are faster than our servers and on rare occasions we may need to cancel orders if we find that stock is not available for you.

All orders with Kip&Co are subject to product availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will issue you a refund for that item. Items in a cart or wish list are not reserved.  

Colour variances

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched. Please use the product image on our website as a colour reference, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers and phones. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a Change of Mind (details above) and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Faulty Items

We take our product quality seriously at Kip&Co. In the unlikely event your item has a fault, please contact us at hello@kipandco.com.au to explain the issue. We also ask that you send photographs to show us the problem. Should the item be deemed faulty, we'll refund, exchange or replace the item free of charge and cover the postage to get the item to you. We may also ask you to return the item and we'll cover the cost of the postage.

Wrong Items

Very occasionally our hardworking warehouse team make a mistake. If you've received the wrong item, please contact as at hello@kipandco.com.au. We'll send you out the correct item asap and we kindly ask that you retun the wrong item and we'll cover the cost of the postage.

TRADITIONAL PLACE NAMES

This is a way for us celebrate Indigenous culture and show our respect for the many traditional lands of Australia. It’s an important practical opportunity for us all to pause and learn about our traditional lands as part of our every day lives.
 
To find an area’s Traditional Place name, you can get in touch with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Councils of Cultural Centres in your locality, or you can check out the  AIATIS map which shows the general locations of larger group of people.
 

TRACKING

Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email, which you can use to track the progress of your order. In the interests of keeping your order as safe as possible, Kip&Co does not “safe drop” / authority to leave. We’ve found this method of delivery very unsafe, regardless of the name of the service!

Potential COVID shipping delays. As a result of the Australia Post shutdown in Victoria from 4th -7th September, we are experiencing slight delays in getting your Kip&Co goodies to you. Please note express shipping has not been affected
