Seems well made, but does not have the soft velvet on the inside. It has basic loose-weave cotton slub/voile fabric on the inside, meaning it is a bit rougher than expected and does not block nearly enough light like velvet would. When reversed, the velvet feels nice against the skin and blocks more light, but the tag is very spiky and hard to remove. The nose arch is very low too, which is not a good fit for a high nose bridge, so the two I bought for my partner and I do not fit well. If you have a lower nose bridge, this would be fine though. A nice product, but not what I expected. I own some other products from the brand and highly recommend it in general because they are excellent quality.
