Strawberry lovers smoothie
Serves 1, VGN, R, DF, RSF, GF, 5ms)
This one’s for the lovers. For the lovers that choose strawberry over chocolate and vanilla. The lovers that care strawberry ice cream but turn to their trusty blender for a body love smoothie instead.
This one’s for YOU. The smoothie that you will go back to over and over, the one that you will, well, love me for.
Just saying - I’d go chocolate over anything, but this smoothie has me joining your strawberries lovers club. Its that good!
1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries 1 large frozen banana, chopped 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla powder 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup rice milk
4 strawberries halved 6-8 rasberries 1 tbsp buck inis 1 tsp coconut flakes
1. start by adding the liquid to your blender followed by the banana, mango and passionfruit 2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy 3. Pour into your serving bowl, top with strawberries, raspberries, buck inis and coconut flakes and enjoy
